Q: What’s one piece of advice you’d give to the next generation of women?

Follow your own path. Don’t let the opinions of others weigh you down.

Who better to open the dream vault than my Filipino grandma? Born and raised in the Philippines, she’s always been the definition of resilience. As a young girl, she found creative ways to earn money, a true entrepreneur at heart. As she grew older, she naturally gravitated toward beauty and fashion, expressing herself through bold colors, bright patterns, and statement jewelry that reflected her vibrant spirit.

She sadly have endured pain and betrayal from people closest to her. She finally found the courage to leave what no longer served her, and built a new life for herself and her 5 children on another continent. Began building with my grandpa by her side, what would later become a small family empire.

I have such a vivid memory of her in the early mornings, sitting by her vanity, getting ready - doing her skincare, putting on her makeup, and of course, her jewelry!Colorful rhinestones, gold, and pearls. Everything sparkling as the sunlight hit.

Her story is one of courage, faith, and new beginnings, again and again!
